Local School Board Training

We now offer local school board training so that your school board members can receive the training they need.

Instructor:  Samuel A. DePaul, Executive Director, North GA RESA

  • Cultivating Positive Community Relations
  • Code of Ethics for Local School Board Members
  • Current Topics and Issues
  • Leadership


Delivery Method/s:

The delivery method will be flexible regarding small group, large group or whole board. 


Alignment to Standards:

Each course is designed to align to the adopted state standards.


Proposed Fee:

Member districts: No charge

Non-member districts: A charge of $35 per participant will be assessed, and if the delivery at the local board of education site is desired, travel expenses will be assessed.


Proposed Location/s:

The location will be determined by the local board of education’s needs.  It could be at the local board of education site or the North GA RESA site. 


Length of Course

The block of time will be three (3) hours and will be provided one time per month with time frame and day TBD.
