North Georgia RESA provides on-site service and repair of most electronic, audio-visual, and computer equipment and analog and digital copiers.

We have three technicians with varying areas of expertise at the member system's disposal.

Ralph Cox, Department Head
Ralph works on printers, computers and all types of business machines including typewriters and calculators.  He also assists the systems with computer networking needs.

Ben Weaver
Ben is our copier technician.  He works on just about any make and model of analog and digital copiers (i.e. risographs), FAX machines and some digital printers

My name is Carol Weaver and I am your contact person for repair and technical services.  You can reach mea anytime from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm daily at (706) 276-1111, extension 224, or through my email, cweaver@ellijay.com.  When requesting service, please be prepared to let me know the make and model of the equipment needing service, where it can be found in the school, and a brief description of the problem.  This allows me to give the technicians a "heads-up" on what parts they need to bring with them.

Also, as most of you know, I either stock or can order most copier, printer and digital printer supplies (i.e. toner, ink, masters, cartridges, etc.) saving you time and shipping costs.  We supply only top quality (OEM, not generic) products.  Because of constantly changing prices, I am unable to publish a price list, but please call or e-mail me and I will respond to your requests as quickly as possible.  We also have in stock most projector bulbs you might need.
