The Aspiring Leaders program has been created and developed primarily for teachers who have a desire to obtain a position in leadership in the future.  These teachers may be lead teachers, grade level representatives and/or department chairs who currently serve in some type of minor leadership role.  However, currently serving in some type of leadership role is not a prerequisite.  The program is a time commitment of one year, however there is an optional second year which has been added.  The second year consists of participants shadowing an administrator for a required number of hours and submitting documentation at the end of the school year.
