Join this engaging session to receive an overview of GaLEADS for Teachers and
Leaders, the new teacher and leader development system that is currently being
piloted by 17 districts in Georgia. Participants will understand why GaLEADS
exists and the theory of action that drives decisions. They will gain foundational
insight into key GaLEADS elements and recognize that GaLEADS is a shift from
evaluation to development using a coaching model for both teachers and leaders.
