Description: The purpose of the Assistant Principals Academy is to equip aspiring educational leaders with the necessary skills, knowledge, and practical experience to effectively lead and manage educational settings. This professional learning series aims to develop leadership competencies through a combination of face-to-face sessions and online project-based tasks, promoting both theoretical understanding and practical application in the field.
Structure of the Course: The academy will include three full-day, in-person sessions throughout the year. Between these sessions, participants will engage in relevant and purposeful projects designed to reinforce and expand upon the concepts covered during the in-person meetings.
Audience: Current Assistant Principals, Aspiring Assistant Principals
