Dr. Cathy Paige ELA Specialist

As an ELA Specialist, my role is dedicated to empowering educators through professional learning experiences designed to elevate teaching practices and foster learner success. My vision is to actively engage teachers across our RESA in collaborative, inquiry-based, and discussion-driven professional development opportunities directly aligned with improving outcomes for all learners. It is my belief that supporting district, school, and teacher-specific goals and visions for effective ELA instruction is central to meeting this goal. By partnering with our educators and providing resources and strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of our learning communities, we can enhance learner engagement and achievement.

NGRESA's English Language Arts Support is dedicated to developing educators through relevant and impactful professional learning experiences designed to align with district priorities, elevate teaching practices, and foster learner success. We actively engage teachers across our districts in collaborative, inquiry-based, and discussion-driven professional development opportunities.

The ELA department offers RESA-wide scheduled trainings and works collaboratively with districts to ensure their unique needs are met.
